One of the things that makes Kiwi a unique drone company is that we have our own workshop in Amsterdam. This place is full of drones, cameras and other drone gear for providing professional aerial shot services. With our own CNC and 3D printers we work on a daily base on custom gear. Everything to make workflow on set easier and make next-level aerial requests come true.

CAMERA CONTROL

This amazing controler gives us focus control on the DJI Inspire 3 but also controls our Ronin 2 and RS4 on or underneath our drones, including 2 lens motors.

RC-BUGGY

This RC buggy can get speeds up to 100kmph! We can arm it with a cinema camera or put our drone lighting system on it to light up your set!

ATLAS MERCURY 1.5

We have the 36mm, 42mm, and 72mm lens of the new ATLAS&CO Mercury Anamorphic lens set. They are PL mount and used on our Alexa mini or RED Komodo-X with lens adapter. All well insured for professional drone productions.

We always bring two monitors for the director and DoP. A 7" wireless monitor and a bigger 21" who is attached to our Magliner.

Prop Guards

When flying near actors with our Inspire 3 drone we use our prop guards to make the shots more safe.

We can't work without our headsets. No hands needed and crystal clear communication within the team together with the director and 1AD.

CUSTOM BUILD

We build unique drones for simply more power or conceptual art. Like a heavy-lift drone with gigantic antlers or a working coffee machine drone.

ART DRONE RIG

A flying Jelabba including an over shoulder shot, could this be done? Sure! We build this custom rig for underneath our heavy-lifter drone with naked Inspire 2 camera system to make the shot.

DRONE LED LIGHT

The drone lighting system we fly is completely self build and therefore we also have different options. From a single LED with 180W up to 2400W water cooled drone lighting system.

KIWI WORKSHOP

In our workshop in Amsterdam we are always building new custom drone and camera gear with our CNC frease and 3D printer.

Helicopter Rig

This custom build helicopter rig shows what we can do at Kiwi. This is a camera rig for 3 RED MONSTROS filming 310 degrees in 23K resolution!

MULTI CAMERA ARRAY

This RED MONSTRO setup was build to get 22K resolution image in 310 degrees angle which was needed for aerial footage of an amusement park experience.

MULTI CAMERA ARRAY

This RED MONSTRO setup was build to get 22K resolution image in 310 degrees angle which was needed for aerial footage of an amusement park experience.

Kiwi 3D PRINTER

Before we mainly used our CNC milling machine to make custom parts for our drone equipment, These days we have multiple 3D printers going around the clock to make new drone and camera equipment, boost our workflow and gives us ground breaking possibilities.

FOCUS CONTROL

This custom build controler gives us Focus control over the X9 camera on the DJI Inspire 3 drone and can control our Ronin 2 and RS4 gimbal.

WARP CAM

With this camera on a stick system we can film close to our subject and change heights really fast. For example for this TVC commercial for ING filming kids on a soccerfield.

HELI GIMBAL SETUP

For a Mc Donalds commercial we had to film with a heavy Anamorphic setup for which we build a custom gimbal to film sideways from the door.

INSPIRE VINTAGE

We build our own lens adaptors to film with vintage lenses underneath our DJI Inspire 3 drone. We have the Nikkor 20mm, Takumar 50mm en Olympus 85mm but let us know when you want us to any other lens!

WATER COOLED LED

The first drone lighting system we build was a water cooled system with 9 LED's for 1800W strenght in a small box.

Coffee DRONE

This drone could actually make coffee during flight and foam it's milk. It was build for a conceptual shoot regarding a millitairy commercial.

FPV CINELIFTER

Every FPV drone we fly is a custom build FPV drone. All tuned for the camera setups we fly, with added GPS and if needed an adjustable iris and camera angle.

CONDOR DRONE

Our Condor drone is the equivalant of the Alta-X. As the Alta is build for the US market, we build our own version that is build for flying under European regulations, flying a 25KG MTOM
